Refunds

If Sevastopol does not run on your computer, or it is not what you expected, ask for a refund within 7 days of paying and we will return the full amount to the way you paid.

How to ask

Write to the contact email below with your licence key. After a refund the licence key stops working.

Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.

How long it takes

Refunds are sent as soon as we approve them. Your bank may take several working days to show it.
